The Public Relations Officer of the National Roads Safety Authority, Pearl Adusu Sateckla, has disclosed that 752 persons were killed in road crashes within the first three months of 2025.

Speaking on UTV and monitored by GhanaWeb on Friday, April 25, 2025, she cautioned drivers to exercise restraint on the roads. "In the first three months of 2025, 752 persons were killed in road crashes.

We also recorded 650 pedestrian knockdowns.

I urge drivers to exercise caution when driving because over-speeding kills," she noted.
