The Ministry of Health has announced the rollout of an enhanced mobile application designed to simplify the purchase and application process for admission into Health Training Institutions across Ghana.

In a statement issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry, officials revealed that the new system is part of ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, transparency, and convenience in the admissions process. "The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public, particularly prospective applicants seeking admission into Health Training Institutions across the country, of the deployment of a new and enhanced mobile application for the sale of admission forms," the statement read.

According to the Ministry, the application is expected to ease the burden on prospective applicants who previously had to travel long distances to buy admission forms. "The mobile application will eliminate the need for prospective applicants to travel long distances to purchase admission forms, thereby reducing the overall cost and burden associated with the process." As a result of this new deployment, the Ministry also announced changes to the admission timetable. "The start date for the sale of admission forms has been rescheduled from the initial 22nd April 2025 to 5th May 2025.

The sale of forms will end on 5th June 2025," the statement added.
