The former National Signals Bureau Chief, Kwabena Adu-Boahen, and his wife have filed a defamation lawsuit against Attorney General Dr , following allegations made during a press conference held on March 24, 2025.
During the press conference, Dr Ayine accused the couple of engaging in a number of criminal activities and financial misconduct.
According to the plaintiffs, the accusations were baseless, damaging, and made without any legal or factual justification.
The lawsuit stems from these comments, which the Adu-Boahens claim have tarnished their reputation and were made without supporting evidence.
