Grace Ayensu Danquah, the parliamentary candidate of the (NDC) for the Essikado Ketan constituency in the Western Region, continues her mission to improve the health conditions of the constituents with her latest initiative being free screening for reconstructive plastic surgery patients in the constituency.

Dr.

Grace Foundation, has undertaken a number of initiatives aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of her constituents.

The latest move is viewed as a commendable step in ensuring that persons with such conditions enjoy free screening.

The exercise, held on Wednesday, August 28, attracted hundreds of people who underwent the test and prepared themselves for the next phase of their healthcare.

It is believed that the screening process enabled the constituents to save over GHS 5,000 they would have spent on receiving the same treatment at a healthcare facility.

They noted that the cost of these procedures, ranging from GHS 5,000 to GHS 7,000, would have been unaffordable for them.
