A man in his sixties, Samuel Sam, is recovering after a brutal attack in which his genitals were severed under mysterious circumstances in Kwesimintsim Zongo, located in the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipality of Ghana's Western Region.
The horrifying incident reportedly occurred while Mr.
Sam was visiting his girlfriend, Stella, during the Easter holidays.
The two had been sitting outside for fresh air after their electricity was cut.
