Former Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has joined the Catholic community in Ghana and worldwide to mourn the passing of the late Pope Francis.
In a statement he shared on social media, Dr Bawumia expressed profound grief over the demise of Pope Francis.
He described the Catholic Pope as one who championed peace, humility, and inclusiveness. "It is with deep grief that I learned of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
The late Pope was a man of unwavering peace and compassion.
