A woman and her four children, including a toddler, have been killed at Benguri, a suburb of the Binduri District in the Upper East Region.
The incident occurred on April 19, 2025, around 8 pm when the family were in their residence.
According to a report on citinewsroom.com, the gunmen stormed the house, set it ablaze, and shot the family of five dead.
Even though the incident occurred during curfew hours, security agencies stationed in the area failed to avert the situation, the report said.
