Former Eastern Regional Minister Seth Acheampong believes that opposition is beneficial for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

According to him, the NPP is the only party in Ghana that takes the time, while in opposition, to assess the system critically and develop reforms and ideas that can transform the country.

Seth Acheampong is confident that the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) "reset agenda" will fail because, in his view, they lack clarity and direction.

He believes that the NPP will present a more refined and effective version of the agenda to Ghanaians in a way that will genuinely improve the country. "It is good that we are in opposition because when we are in opposition, we help Ghana.
