After months of internal reflection and behind-the-scenes postmortem following its defeat in the 2024 general elections, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is stepping into the public eye with a National Thank You Tour slated to begin Saturday, April 26 and end on May 30, 2025.
Announcing the initiative via Facebook, NPP National Organizer Henry Nana Boakye wrote, "The National leadership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will be embarking on a NATIONAL THANK YOU TOUR with the theme; In All Things, Give thanks to God (1 Thessalonians 5:18)." Boakye added that the party's regional and constituency executives would be updated with further details of the tour in due course.
This announcement comes on the heels of the official presentation of the 2024 Election Review Report by a 12-member committee chaired by former Speaker of Parliament, Prof.
Aaron Mike Oquaye.
