The Traditional Authorities and youth of Korle Klottey have appealed to President to consider Muhammed Bashiru Nii Narh Alema Dowuona (Alhaji Bash) as the next Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly.
During a press briefing at the forecourt of the Osu Mantse Palace, the group voiced their grievances regarding the MMDCE nominations, emphasizing the need for a native royal to be appointed to the position.
Stephen Nii Noi Dowuona, spokesperson for the Concerned Youth of Korle Klottey, appealed to the President to appoint Alhaji Bash, citing his loyalty and contributions to the (NDC).
A Unifier and Financier Nii Noi Dowuona stated that appointing Alhaji Bash would motivate the youth to contribute meaningfully and remain loyal to the NDC, given his longstanding support for both the party and individuals.
