Dominic Ayine has rejected calls for President John Dramani Mahama to stay proceedings for the determination of a prima facie case on the petitions for the removal of the Chief Justice.
This is in response to a statement by Godfred Yeboah Dame, the lawyer for the plaintiff in the case challenging the processes for the determination of the prima facie, that the President is enjoined by the injunction filed to halt all proceedings relating to the petition.
