Former Kumasi Mayor Sam Pyne has described the decongestion of the central business district of Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital, as a difficult task.
He made the comment in response to a threat by the new Mayor of Kumasi, Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi, who warned that he would unleash his team on vendors operating on sidewalks in the city's core commercial center.
