Minister of Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, has stated that he has not encountered any of the alleged dubious tactics often associated with the Sports Ministry since assuming office.

The Ministry has long been perceived by some as a hotspot for behind-the-scenes schemes, where certain individuals reportedly undermine the efforts of sitting ministers and key stakeholders in the sports sector.

However, Kofi Adams says his experience so far has been devoid of such issues.

Speaking in an interview with Umaru Sanda Amadu on Channel One TV's Face to Face, Adams added that, despite several warnings from others to be cautious, he has not witnessed any sabotage or misconduct targeted at him. "I have heard that, but I haven't seen it since coming here.
