Ghanaian businessman and philanthropist Kofi Amoa-Abban has strongly refuted media reports linking him to ongoing activities on a contested 28-acre plot in Prampram.
In an official statement issued on April 14, 2025, the businessman categorically distanced himself and his company from any physical involvement with the land.
He highlighted a court injunction currently in effect, which restrains all parties, including Kofi Abban Holdings and Titanium 123 Properties, from undertaking any direct actions on the property.
Amoa-Abban further clarified that all current activities on the site are being carried out by legally recognised third-party grantees who are permitted to operate under the terms of the injunction.
