Chairman of Parliament's Defence and Interior Committee, James Agalga, has accused Assin South MP, Rev.
John Ntim Fordjuor, of fabricating allegations concerning suspicious aircraft allegedly involved in transporting drugs and cash into the country.
According to Agalga, the claims made by the MP were not only unfounded but also malicious, aimed at undermining the credibility of Ghana's security agencies.
Speaking on Joy News on Saturday, April 12, 2025, Agalga strongly criticized Fordjuor for what he described as irresponsible conduct unbecoming of a senior lawmaker. "If your Ranking Member was not being malicious, why was he ranting against the security agencies instead of assisting them to probe the matter? "He didn't have his facts right, and he was being malicious.
