Ghanaian musician Darlington Agyekum, popularly known as Dr Cryme, has been elected as the Students' Representative Council (SRC) President of Methodist University, Ghana for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The "Kill Me Shy" hitmaker shared the news on Instagram, expressing gratitude to his team, supporters, and the entire student body. "This win is definitely for us by us," he wrote, celebrating the victory with a heartfelt message to fans, family, celebrities, and well-wishers who supported his campaign.
