Yaw Asani Tano, the National Organiser of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), has called for the removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Torkornoo from office.
According to him, the Chief Justice, during the previous government's administration, failed to uphold the neutrality expected of her role within the judicial system.
He, therefore, believes her removal is justified.
