Sekondi MP, Blay Nyameke Armah has initiated legal action against Lawuratu Musah-Saka, the Jospong Group of Companies, and Ignite Media Group, accusing them of defamation.

The lawsuit, filed in the High Court of Justice in Accra, centers on allegations made during a broadcast of 'Good Morning Ghana' and amplified across social media platforms.

The MP claims that the first defendant falsely implicated him in a $350 million cocaine trafficking operation, alleging he owned 3,000 kilograms of the drug.

Further accusations suggested that Armah fled to a neighboring country to avoid arrest, while his son was reportedly detained in connection with the case.
