A High Court in Koforidua has dismissed a petition challenging the election of Frank Annoh-Dompreh as Member of for Nsawam-Adoagyiri in the December 7 parliamentary election.

The court also awarded GH¢25,000 in costs against the petitioner.

The petition, which sought to invalidate his election, was struck out on Thursday, April 10, 2025, following a legal application filed by the Director of Legal Affairs of the (NPP), Gary Nimako Marfo, according to a report by CitiNewsroom.com.

Presiding Judge, His Lordship Krofa Addae, who ruled in favour of the application to dismiss the case, stated that the court found no merit in the petitioner's claims.
