The Member of Parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi, , has called on security operatives to desist from intimidation tactics directed at the Minority in Parliament.
He made the remark during an interview on Chanel One TV on April 9, 2025.
He clarified that when a Member of Parliament is required to appear for questioning at the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB), the constitution vividly spells out the procedure that must be followed.
He emphasised that even if Parliament is on recess, authorities cannot bypass the Speaker of Parliament to effect an arrest.
