Ghana's all-time top scorer, Asamoah Gyan, has revealed that he was a womanizer during his heydays, admitting that the act did not positively impact his life. While speaking about his life lessons and regrets on Onua TV, the former Black Stars skipper advised the youth against womanizing, using himself as an example. "Everybody is a womanizer, but womanizing did not help me. I will advise partners to keep their issues between themselves," he said. Asamoah Gyan, who had been married since 2013, officially divorced his wife in 2023 after the court annulled the union on October 31, 2023. He has three kids with his ex-wife, Gifty, who claimed custody of the children, while Asamoah Gyan is obligated to pay child support.
