The Interior Minister has renewed curfew times for the people of Nkwanta in the Oti Region.
A statement announcing this decision said the Minister was advised by the Regional Security Council.
The curfew hours for the people of Nkwanta Township and its environs in the Nkwanta South Municipality of the Oti Region starts from 8:00pm - 5:00am effective Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
The government used the opportunity to appeal to the people to exercise restraint and to use the established mechanisms for the resolution of all their conflicts and disputes.
