The Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jr., has eulogised the late former High Commissioner to India, Sam Pee Yalley, following news of his sudden demise.

The veteran journalist shared an emotional message on his X account on April 8, 2025, expressing the deep void Yalley's passing has left in his life. "I was informed of the passing of Commissioner Sam Pee Yalley at about 2:00 a.m.

yesterday and felt a great sense of loss," he said.

He described the late Yalley as a close compatriot who provided remarkable insight on numerous Pan African TV programmes. "He was a regular panelist on many programs of Pan African TV, especially the Good Morning Africa Show and Alhaji and Alhaji," he said.
