The Forum for Accountable Governance has petitioned the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to investigate alleged corruption linked to the 13th All African Games. The games, which took place from March 4 to March 23, 2024, involved a substantial expenditure of $245 million. The group led by Kwame Owusu Danso, the Convener has raised concerns about the transparency, accountability, and value for money in the allocation of funds. He also highlighted potential breaches in procurement processes, conflicts of interest, and other forms of corruption. Danso expressed his confidence in the OSP Kissi Agyebeng's ability to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation.
