Felix Ofosu Kwakye, Minister of Government Communications, has refuted claims made by Akosua Manu, a member of the (NPP) Communications Team, regarding a video of an aircraft inspection.
Manu alleged that the controversial Covak aircraft's tires burst while it was in the air.
The government had earlier released video footage of the inspection conducted on the Covak aircraft, which had been accused of carrying illicit substances upon its arrival in Ghana.
The footage showed a cargo consisting of oil drills and jerrycans of oil, imported for specific purposes, with officials seen working on a burst tire.
