In a recent interview with Adom FM, outspoken Ghanaian musician and political commentator, A Plus, expressed his frustration with the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and their behavior after losing power.

According to A Plus, the NPP, which was once in control of the country, now seems to have found their voice and is vocally criticizing President John Dramani Mahama and his administration, a contrast to their silence during their time in office.

A Plus praised the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, for his leadership of the Ashanti Kingdom, noting that the king has managed to maintain peace and unity, avoiding chieftaincy disputes.

He acknowledged the wisdom of Otumfuo, who, during Akufo-Addo's presidency, was careful in his public statements, particularly in regards to government policies like the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) program. "I am not an Ashanti, but I revere the Asantehene because of the way he has been able to hold the Ashanti Kingdom together and ensure that there are no chieftaincy disputes in his jurisdiction," A Plus stated. "God bless him for that.
