, Minister of State in Charge of Government Communications, has warned that Rev , the Ranking Member on 's Interior and Defence Committee, will be arrested if he does not accept an invitation from the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) to conduct an investigation into claims of suspicious flights in Ghana.

Kwakye Ofosu refuted Fordjour's assertion that he was never invited during an appearance on Citi FM's Eyewitness News on Friday, April 4.

According to the minister, the invitation came through Ntim Fordjour's leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, who at first agreed to make it possible for him to appear but later argued that Fordjour had not spoken as an individual but rather as a member of the Defence and Intelligence Committee.

However, the NIB has formally asked Fordjour to avail himself to assist investigation. "If he says he was not invited, it is not true.
