The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has organised a quiz competition among Junior High Schools (JHS), on the 1992 Constitution in the Binduri district in the Upper East Region.
The objective of the exercise was to deploy quizzes to promote learning on the content of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.
It was also a strategy and tool used to create awareness of the main values of democratic governance to instill the spirit of patriotism and enhance citizens' participation in governance at all levels.
The occasion, which formed part of the activities of the Commission, was to commemorate the 68th Independence celebration of Ghana, where students were engaged to bring to bear the knowledge they had acquired with respect to the 1992 Constitution.
