The Coalition of Muslim Organisations (COMOG) has urged Muslims to channel their self-renewed and spiritual growth during the Ramadan into contributing positively to the development of the country. "We encourage ourselves to influence change in our workplaces, families and communities by upholding the values of honesty, integrity, and compassion. "We should promote peace, tolerance, and understanding while engaging in acts of charity and volunteerism." A congratulated statement signed by Hajj Abdel-Manan Abdel-Rahman, President, COMOG after their Ramadan and copied to the Ghana News Agency, stated, "We commend the dedication, perseverance and self-discipline exhibited during the sacred period." It called on the Muslim leadership in Ghana to support efforts toward establishing a unified Ummah Constitutional Framework, which would ensure stability and unity within the Muslim community and contribute significantly to the overall development of the country.
