Minister of State for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has revealed that Assin South MP, Ntim Fordjour, was invited for questioning by the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) through the Minority Leader, Afenyo-Markin.
This comes after Ntim Fordjour denied claims that he had been summoned by the NIB in connection with the investigation into two aircraft grounded at the Kotoka International Airport over suspicions of transporting cocaine and large sums of money into the country.
Speaking on Eyewitness News on Friday, April 4, Kwakye Ofosu rejected Fordjour's denial, explaining: "To clarify, he was invited by his Minority Leader, Afenyo-Markin.
The NIB reached out to Afenyo-Markin and asked for Ntim Fordjour's presence, which he agreed to facilitate.
