Ghanaian media personality and current host of the online political talk show For the Records, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, was spotted in a video receiving a 'brown envelope' allegedly containing $12,000 in cash.
In the video, Afrifa, a former host on Angel TV/Fm, is seen taking the cash out of the envelope.
He proceeded to count it and, seemingly after reaching a certain amount, pocketed it.
He appeared to be handing over the rest to someone else, possibly as their 'cut', before the video cuts off.
