The Minister of Defence, Dr Edward Omane Boamah, has condemned the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin South Constituency, Rev , accusing him of spreading misinformation on the alleged suspicious aircraft landing at the Kotoka International Airport.
In a Facebook post on Friday, April 4, Dr Boamah called on the Ranking Member of Parliament's Defence and Interior Committee to "repent," describing his claims as baseless and politically-motivated.
Rev Ntim Fordjour had earlier demanded a security briefing regarding two aircrafts - AirMed Flight N823AM and Cavok Air Antonov An-12B - which he alleged carried cocaine and cash into the country.
