The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has reaffirmed his commitment to preserving Ghana's diplomatic assets in Benin, assuring that no government-owned property will be sold.
Instead, plans are in place to renovate and restore facilities serving the country's diplomatic mission.
During a visit to Benin, he inspected several properties acquired by the Ghanaian government in 1999.
Among them is a facility abandoned in 2019 due to fire damage that affected its electricity meter.
