The Vice President, Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, is the frontrunner to lead the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 elections, a new survey from polling firm, Global Info Analytics has found.
Professor Opoku Agyemang leads the field with 33% of respondents naming her as the next leader of the NDC, followed by Education Minister, Haruna Iddrisu, at 24%, Global Info Analytics said.
Finance Minister, Cassiel Ato Forson was third, with 16% of respondents naming him as the NDC's next leader.
Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and the Chairman of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia aka General Mosquito, finished 4th with 13% each.
