Residents of Duayeden Nyanawase, a farming community in the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality of the Eastern Region, have called on the government to provide them with much-needed social amenities.

The residents lament the deplorable state of their roads, which has severely affected business activities in the area.

Farmers, they say, struggle to transport their produce to market centers due to the poor road network, leading to economic losses and hardship.

Speaking to GhanaWeb journalist Eric Obeng Boateng, Stanley Hans Ofori, Assembly Member for the Duayeden Nyanawase Electoral Area, expressed disappointment in local leaders for failing to address the community's infrastructural challenges. "We lack many social amenities in this community.
