Ernest Yaw Anim, Member of for Kumawu, has emphasized the need for peace, unity, and collective support for the district's development efforts.

He stated that it was time for the people to set aside their political differences and work together for the progress of Kumawu.

Addressing members of the Muslim community after donating food items to support the Eid-ul-Fitr festivities, Anim highlighted that development thrives in a peaceful and united environment and urged everyone to contribute towards the district's growth and advancement.

The donated items included 30 bags of rice, 10 boxes of cooking oil, five boxes of mackerel, cartons of Milo, and a cash donation of GH¢10,000.00 to support the celebrations.
