During his regional tour of the Eastern Region, the President emphasised the importance of avoiding the destructive influences of substance abuse, particularly the notorious "RED" drug, which has been linked to zombie-like behavior.
As the future leaders of Ghana, the president cautioned the youth to remain vigilant and steer clear of the pitfalls of drug addiction.
