President has recounted the last conversation he had with the late founder of the KAMA Group, Dr Michael Agyekum Addo.
Reading a tribute during his burial service on Saturday, March 29, 2025, he recalled that their last conversation was under difficult situations, where he reached out to him to offer some words of encouragement. "The last time I spoke to him was in circumstances that were not very pleasant.
I'd heard him give an interview after the Domestic Debt Exchange Program (DDEP) had been concluded and he had been struck very hard financially by the program and he had been forced to come out and talk about how it had affected him personally.
And so, I gave him a call to condole with him and sympathise and to urge him not to give up hope and that where there is always life, there's a will."Where there's a will, there's hope.
