Two people have been killed and dozens injured after a tragic accident near Aseseeso in the Eastern Region.62 students and an unspecified number of adults were in the bus which was carrying the children, students of Ben Konadu SDA Basic School in Asante Akyem to Akosombo for an excursion.
According to reports, the driver of the bus lost control of his vehicle while descending a hill near Aseseeso between Adukroma and Somanya.
The car reportedly somersaulted multiple times and landed on its side.
Dozens of people inside the bus sustained varying degrees of injuries.
