The lifeless body of a 24-year-old man, Mawunyo Ayite, has been found in his home in Dambai Lakeside, located in the Krachi East Municipality.
The sad incident was confirmed by Emmanuel Mawuli Atali, the Assembly Member for Dambai Lakeside, in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA).
According to Atali, the deceased had previously attempted self-harm twice and was rescued by community members.
The Assembly Member revealed that the deceased's younger brother had been asked by Mawunyo Ayite to visit him the next day on his way to school. "When the student arrived, he called his brother but received no response.
