Popular Ghanaian lawyer Maurice Ampaw slammed Ghanaian businessman Richard Nii Armah Quaye, following reports of his accounts being frozen and allegedly being arrested.
Ampaw, speaking during an appearance on television, said Richard Quaye is the architect of his own downfall.
He said the Bills Micro Credit founder was enjoying his wealth in secret and had no eyes on him.
Yet, he decided to throw an extravagant party that got the eyes of the entire country on him.
