The Ghana Police Service has arrested three suspects in connection with the recent murders of mobile money vendors in the Ashanti Region.
The three suspects, identified as Charles Danso, Phillip Foujour, and Samuel Mensah, were arrested for their alleged involvement in two of the recent MoMo vendor murders - the February 13 murder of Patricia Nimako in Krofrom and the shocking March 10 murder of Gideon Owusu Sarpong, aka Junior, in Kwadaso.
According to a statement from the Ghana Police Service issued on Wednesday, March 25, the suspects were arrested on March 21, 2025, at Pankrono and Atimatim.
They are being held in police custody and are set to be arraigned before court soon.
