On Monday, March 24, 2025, Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dr at a press conference made some damning allegations against Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former Director General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB).
Kwabena Adu-Boahene is said to have diverted and embezzled up to GH¢39 million from the bureau, leading to his arrest and detention.
According to the Attorney General, he allegedly diverted public funds meant for a cybersecurity defence system.
He gave the details as follows: "GH¢39,462,480 went into Adu-Boahene and his wife's pockets from one transaction.
