A Ghanaian entertainment pundit has called on dancehall king, Shatta Wale, to stop comparing himself to artists such as Davido and Diamond Platnumz because he's a 'local champion'.
Speaking following the Richard Nii Armah Quaye birthday bash, the pundit addressed reports on why Shatta Wale failed to appear at the event.
According to reports, Tanzanian artist, Diamond Platnumz and Davido were both paid around $500,000 to $600,000 each to appear at the event.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian artists such as Stonebwoy and Sarkodie reportedly received about $200,000.
