The Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, Mr Jean-Michel Arlandis, has inspired women to confidently embrace their potential and make the best of opportunities available to them in their field of work. When faced with challenges, he said, they should "dig into their innate strength and ex­plore all available opportunities to overcome and learn lessons from the experience for the future." Speaking at the company's inaugural ShePower training ses­sion in Accra, targeted at female employees of the company, Mr Arlandis gave the assurance that Vivo Energy Ghana would sup­port female workers to thrive in the industry. Held on the theme: 'The Power of Positive Self Talk: Cultivating Confidence and Resilience,' the training aimed at helping Vivo Energy Ghana to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace. A statement issued by the company's Corporate Commu­nications Manager, Shirley Tony Kum, indicated that the event was is in line with the compa­ny's commitment to empow­ering female employees, and provide them with the tools and confidence needed to excel in their careers and personal lives. "This initiative is more than just a training programme.
