Security expert, Col.
Festus Boahen Aboagye (rtd), has revealed that some monitoring devices were retrieved at the residence of the former Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Ernest Addison.
According to him, some cables were found that connected surveillance devices to the Central Bank.
While noting that this may be the standard procedure by the governor during his term of office, he is no longer required to "spy" on activities at the Central Bank since he is no longer at post.
