President John Mahama visited Adum in Kumasi to console victims of a devastating fire outbreak that destroyed several shops at the Blue Light area in the Central Business District.
Accompanied by Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr.
Frank Amoakohene, the President expressed his sympathies to affected traders and assured them of the government's support.
He tasked the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) to provide immediate relief to those who suffered losses.
