The Deputy Attorney-General (A-G), Dr.
Justice Srem Sai, has stated that until a court proves someone guilty, no one should be accused of an offense.
According to him, regardless of suspicion or accusations, suspects need to be treated fairly.
He emphasized the importance of due process, cautioning against treating individuals as guilty before a court of law determines otherwise.
