Member of Parliament for Suame, John Darko, has criticized claims that the raid on the residence of former Bank of Ghana Governor, Dr.
Ernest Addison, was conducted lawfully.
His remarks come in response to Deputy Attorney General Justice Srem-Sai's defense that the operation was carried out with proper legal authorization.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on Channel One Newsroom on Thursday, March 20, Darko, who also serves as the lead counsel for the Minority Caucus, described the investigative approach as flawed and unnecessary.
