Several people, including women and the elderly, have reportedly sustained injuries following alleged military brutality by officers from the 11th Mechanized Battalion.
The incident is said to be a retaliation for the killing of a military officer in the area on March 17, 2025.
According to eyewitness accounts, soldiers stormed homes during curfew hours, forced residents out of their bedrooms, and subjected them to severe beatings.
Some victims suffered serious injuries, including broken limbs.
